* Asphalt, Concrete, and/or Brick require separate dumpsters to meet these requirements. Please notify us if you want to dispose of these materials.
Any Hazardous Materials or Unacceptable Material , which includes, but is not limited to:
Lead Paint Chips
Petroleum contaminated soil
Please note, it is unlawful to dispose of any biomedical, explosive, hazardous, highly flammable, infectious, radioactive, toxic, or volatile material.

Hazardous Materials means any waste which listed, has the characteristics of, or is otherwise identified as hazardous waste or subject waste under applicable state or federal laws or regulations, including but not limited to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (42 U.S.C. et seq. and the regulations promulgated thereunder
“Unacceptable Material” means any non-hazardous material not permitted to be processed at a facility under applicable laws or permits, source, special nuclear or byproduct material as defined by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 and the regulations thereunder; asbestos-containing waste; mercury-containing waste; and any waste not approved by Aaron Disposal & Recycling, LLC
